Front of House Staff – Ghost Street Kitchen

We are looking for trusted, well-presented front-of-house staff to supplement our existing team. Front-of-house staff may be responsible for receiving orders and conveying requests to kitchen staff. You will also be operating the Point Of Sale / Cash Register and taking payment for over-the-phone and in-person orders.

To be successful as front-of-house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management.


Front of House Staff Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online orders.
  • Accepting and informing the cooking team about food orders.
  • Transporting food orders from the kitchen to the drive-through window or the customer in the restaurant.
  • Operating the point of sale and cash register system.

Front of House Requirements:

  • High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
  • Experience in a fast-casual restaurant is nice
  • Professional appearance.
  • Wearing and maintaining the prescribed dress code.
  • Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
  • Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is a plus
  • Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant’s operations, as needed (such as cleaning).
